Immersion rotations.

Today I am blogging Immersion assembly rotations. First at Miss Tuia’s class we were learning about beats. We had to create a video of us doing a song challenge with a beat.

Yo, check the mic, one two, it’s the flow from 2025, Another school year, yeah, we keepin’ the vibe alive. Walkin’ the halls, stackin’ the knowledge, seein’ my friends, From morning bell ringin’ to the day’s journey ends. But there were moments that hit different, you know what I mean? The kind of memories that stay etched in the scene. First up, let’stalk about the big event, the chill spot, The Year 5 and 6 camp, right there on the school lot!

From the tent to the stage, gotta conquer the fear, Gotta step up, gotta shine, gotta make it clear. It’s the 2025 journey, a story I tell, The field and the fiafia, I rocked ’em both well!

Pitched the tents, right out on our own school field, The night air was cool, and my nerves were revealed. Yeah, I gotta admit, felt a little shake in my boots, Sleepin’ outside, kinda deep down rootin’ for chutes. A bit of dread in my head, a shadow in sight, But then the daylight broke, and everything got bright. ‘Cause the call went out, “Time for the slip and slide!” And that’s the moment where the fear just died. Took a running start, a splash, a whoosh, a blur, Slidin’ fast, laughing loud, now that’s what I prefer! All the stress washed off, from nervous to happy and free, Best part of the camp, that’s the real victory.

Bridge

The sun went down on the grass and the fun, But I knew on the calendar, my journey wasn’t done. I took that feeling from the water’s cool spray, The confidence I earned on that bright sunny day. Now I pack it all up, put the fear on the shelf, Got a new mission waiting, gotta prove it to myself! Headin’ inside, where the spotlight is gleaming, From the field to the stage, gotta keep on dreaming!

 

Then with Mrs Parrent we made a song. What we had to do was create a story and put it into Gemini to make a song with the story that we created.
Next we did beat boxing with Mr Hughes. What we had to do was create a video of us beatboxing.

Finally We did what is music. What we had to do was answer some questions about music. Then we had to  create a beat from a game called heihei games.

Positive Difference 2025

Today I will be blogging my Pt England Creative space work . This term we are learning about the whare tapa wha and the four pillars. The four pillars are taha tinana, taha wairua, taha Hinengaro and taha whanau.  Te whare tapa wha is the model to explain the health’s of wellbeing. What I had to do was pick a pillar then create an animation about how I can keep it healthy and good. What I am going to be drawing is me going for a run early in the morning. I will also be eating fruits. The reason why  I am drawing me running is because I chose taha tinana which means physical well-being which are things that are included things like fitness and running stuff. First I had to draw my background and my person. Then I had to animate the person running in the picture. Next I animated it two make it bigger and to show it eating an apple and  banana to be healthy. Finally I drew the words Taha Tinana at the top to show that it is the pillar that I have chosen.

Taha tinana

Today I will be blogging my taha tinana blog. What we had to do first was read the pages. Then we had to do a quiz about our daily routes we had to answer the questions and pick a score from 1 to 4 with five questions. After we answered all the questions we had to put all the numbers together that we got from the questions and add the numbers up. If you got 4 to 8 you needed for work if you got 9 to 13 you were doing mid if you got from 14 to 17 you were doing good and if you got 18 to 20 you were the best I got 18 out of 20 points

Taha whanau

Today I did a task about taha whanau witch is family and people that are close to you. What we had to do first was write down eight people that are close to us or we love in the eight blank boxes. We had to write people like our parents grand parents and more. We also had to write about people like our friends cousins and more too. Then I had to trace the body and draw me on photopea I hope you like my blog.

Taha Hinengaro vision board

Taha Hinenngaro is about mental emotions and more. To have hinengaro we need to have strong mind and we need to be able to control our emotions. This is my vision board. I had to put photos of quotes and stuff that I like or what is me. One of the quotes that I did was that there is no elevator to success you have to take the stairs witch means you and skip to success you have to go slowly

Taha wairua

Today I did a task about explaining myself. What we had to do was pick a word from the fourth slide and describe ourselves from that word. We had to describe stuff like our name our school and more. We also had to describe stuff like our family our friends and more.

Team 4 term 2 Creative space

This term we are learning about different planets in the solar system for our korero this term called Beyond the sky. For this task we had to animate the moon orbiting the earth and the earth orbiting the sun. First I had to animate the moon going around the earth. Then I had to animate the earth going around the sun. next I had to write down a script about Beyond the sky and I had to record myself reading it while the moon is orbiting the earth and the earth orbiting the sun.

Moon phases

Today I did a task about the moon and its phases. We used diffrent shapes and lines to. We learnt the diffrent  moons like waining, moon waxing moon, full moon and new moon. New moon and the moons before and after the new moon are dark but full moon and the moons before and after are light. What we had to do was get arrows and put it around the moons and the phases. I learnt about all of the different moons and about The different stages of the moon too.1

Seasons

Today we did a task about the four seasons and about earth. What we had to do was write the four seasons and put a sun in the middle. Then we had to put four Earth’s and arrows around with the four seasons. What I learnt was how the four seasons work and how it goes around and comes around too. I also learnt to understand the seasons and know them too.

This term we are learning about simple machines. I did an animation about one of the simple machines. The simple machines are wheel and axle lever pulley screw wedge and incline plane. My animation is about a wheel and axle. We all had to make animations about one of the simple machines.
